1.  Flight Routes

Conference goers may consider flying directly to Dalat International Airport (Lien Khuong International Airport (DLI)). Other options include flying to Ho Chi Minh City (Tan Son Nhat International, SGN) or Hanoi (Noi Bai International, HAN) airports, then taking a domestic flight to Dalat. 

Please note that Dalat Airport is undergoing upgrades and is currently closed. It will reopen in August 2026.

2. Airport to Hotel Transportation

There is a taxi stand to the left, just outside the departure area. Another option is the Grab app. Transportation to the hotel is about 5-7 USD, and 6-8 USD  to the conference venue (prices vary by time of day). The difference between the three options is about 1.50-3 USD, with taxis being the most expensive. We recommend Grab for convenience, as drivers will come directly to you via GPS, and you can track them and your route to your destination. 

3. Hotel to Conference Venue Transportation

A free conference bus is provided to take conference goers from the conference hotel to the conference venue and back. Guests staying at other hotels may come to the conference hotel to catch the bus. Please register for the bus service during the registration process. 

4. Around Town Transportation

Ride-hailing applications are available for download on your phone (e.g., Grab, GreenSM). Car and motorcycle transport can be reserved through the app and paid for in cash or by credit card. Prices are reported before departure and fixed within the app. 

• Motorcycles cost about 1/3 as much as cars. 

• Taxis are also available, but the prices are metered; routes are not predetermined, and prices can vary.
