Each accepted presenter must complete registration payment by the deadline.
Co-authors who wish to attend the conference must register separately.
Only fully registered participants will be included in the official conference program.
Presentation and participation certificates will be issued after the conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference email.
More than 30 days before the conference: 70% refund
15–30 days before the conference: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before the conference: no refund
Administrative and transfer charges, if any, will be borne by the participant.
