Participation in the conference requires the submission and acceptance of an abstract. Submission of a full paper is optional.

Authors whose abstracts are accepted may choose one of the following publication options:

Option 1: Conference Proceedings (ISBN)

Authors who wish to publish in the official ESBB 2026 Conference Proceedings should submit their full papers by 15 November 2026.

The proceedings are expected to carry an ISBN and be published by the Ho Chi Minh City University of Education Publishing House.

Please note that publication is not automatic. All submitted papers will undergo editorial review for:

• Relevance to the conference theme

• Academic quality

• Compliance with formatting requirements

• Plagiarism screening

Only papers meeting the required standards will be accepted for publication.

Option 2: Journal Submission

Authors may also choose to submit their full papers to one of the participating journals after the conference, from 31 December 2026 onwards, for consideration in either a regular issue or a special conference issue.

Please note that submissions sent before 31 December 2026 may not receive a response.

To be eligible for journal consideration:

• At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper.

• Please include "ESBB 2026" in the subject line (or manuscript title, where applicable) when submitting your paper.

• All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal.

• All papers will undergo the journal's normal peer-review process and plagiarism screening.

• Publication is not guaranteed and depends entirely on the outcome of peer review.
